Key Responsibilities assigned:
- Provides professional, timely advice and guidance to business leaders in assigned Divisions/Business Units, on specific functional subject areas and consistent with the Bank’s strategy, ensuring adherence to Bank policy and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.
- Controls function responsibility for defined topics.
- Collaborates with colleagues within their function, and more broadly, to implement appropriate policies and processes, in line with Bank and Divisional strategy.
- Delivers appropriate products and solutions to meet the needs of their assigned Division/Business Unit and actively promotes and supports implementation of cross-divisional initiatives.
- Provides coverage for one or more teams within/across Divisions or regions and have responsibility for advising on their area of functional expertise.
Skills, Education & Experience required:
- Solid HR experience in financial services companies operating in a multi-country environment;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- High motivation, goal orientation and target-driven approach;
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
- A data-driven approach, you have experience using data to support decisions such as resource forecasting, capacity planning and driving efficiency;
- Very good knowledge of labor legislation;
- Full understanding of all HR functions;
- Strong communication skills;
- The ability to contribute successfully within a global business environment;
- The ability to contribute well in a team
