Your key responsibilities:
The Program Manager leads and owns all the Sales/Advisory and Suitability transformation initiatives across our Wealth Management segment for Emerging Markets, from interacting with business stakeholders, understanding business needs, defining the possible high level solutions, business requirement, drafting business case, analysing flow charts, preparing change request and delivering the process/ system enhancements by coordinating with technology team, Front Office team, Middle office team, vendors, etc., communicating the progress with business stakeholders, etc. Also, working on Process/ system changes derived from suitability requirements. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, domain expertise in wealth management advisory processes, and hands-on program execution skills.
Lead large-scale Advisory & Suitability projects from initiation to go live, including planning, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, execution and reporting.
Drive the regional deployment of a new advisory platform offering features such as Portfolio risk and return analysis, Portfolio optimization, Client-ready portfolio summary reporting, etc.
Oversee automation initiatives that streamline the client suitability validation process before trade execution, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Leading testing and implementation activities, including coordinating user acceptance testing and executing user training.
Provide regular project updates and achieve buy-in from impacted stakeholders as required.
Establish & manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand critical business needs.
Engage with business stakeholders and delivery team members across the globe to deliver standard solutions
Your skills and experience:
A minimum of 15+ years of experience delivering high-impact projects
Experience in the Private Banking/Wealth Management domain and understanding of Sales/ Advisory platforms or Portfolio tools.
Experience in Sales, Advisory, Suitability, Portfolio optimization, Pre Trade Engines/etc
Good knowledge of business analysis / project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office).
Possess strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, able to lead project working groups
Bachelor, Master/MBA in relevant field e.g. Business Management, Project Management
Track record of having delivered significant changes to processes, technology, and ways of working that delivered value to the business and increased efficiency and effectiveness of an organization
Advanced communication skills, including an ability to influence others and understanding how people go through a change and the change process
Possess strong facilitation and data gathering skills, able to lead project working groups
High level of attention to detail, hands-on mentality and pro-active attitude
Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/ global organisations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
A team player who continually collaborates and shares information
Fluent in English (written/ verbal)
Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
Experience in Agile ways of working with strong ability to apply Design Thinking methodologies and techniques (such as User Personas, User Journey, Minimum Viable Products / Experiments)
Ability to communicate in a concise & precise manner on business topics
Comfortable working with ambiguity
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
