Your key responsibilities:
The Program Manager leads and drives complex, long-term transformation initiatives within our Lending & Deposits business, and is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering programs to modernize our lending platform and processes. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, product teams, technology, operations, risk and external vendor partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functional teams, including product, risk, operations, compliance and technology.
Drive optimization by identifying areas of opportunity, defining and planning projects to improve performance.
Oversee organisational change and communication to drive adoption of new processes, platforms and functionalities.
Leading testing and implementation activities, including coordinating user acceptance testing and executing user training.
Establish and execute program governance frameworks, ensuring regular business sponsor updates and timely reporting of risks and issues to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks and internal risk policies
Your skills and experience:
A minimum of 10+ years of experience delivering high-impact projects
Experience in the Private Banking/ Wealth Management domain, understanding of Credit Risk Management, Lending & Deposit products and business processes.
Possess strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, able to lead project working groups
Bachelor, Master/ MBA in relevant field e.g. Business Management, Project Management
Track record of having delivered significant changes to processes, technology, and ways of working that delivered value to the business and increased efficiency and effectiveness of an organization
Advanced communication skills, including an ability to influence others and understanding how people go through a change and the change process
Possess strong facilitation and data gathering skills, able to lead project working groups
High level of attention to detail, hands-on mentality and pro-active attitude
Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/ global organisations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
A team player who continually collaborates and shares information
Fluent in English (written/ verbal)
Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
Experience in Agile ways of working with strong ability to apply Design Thinking methodologies and techniques (such as User Personas, User Journey, Minimum Viable Products / Experiments)
Ability to communicate in a concise & precise manner on business topics
Comfortable working with ambiguity
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
