The Junior Business Functional Analyst will work in close collaboration with the regional PB Transformation teams and all relevant DB stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the regulatory and risk projects. To ensure delivery of solutions that meet regulatory requirements as well as business needs, the Junior Business Functional Analyst will lead the implementation of the projects and mobilize all required subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
Analyzing and evaluating new global and multi-regional regulatory initiatives in close collaboration with Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Compliance teams of the in scope locations
Defining and aligning detailed regulatory/business requirements with key stakeholders within DB - especially with Legal, Compliance, Business, COO, AFC & Operations teams
Coordinating and guiding cross-regional implementation to achieve consistent solutions that take account of business and technical requirements
Coordinating the adjustment of internal and external documents (client contracts, client letters or Key Operating Procedures)
Organizing and running internal project related trainings & communications
Preparing and presenting project updates to different governance bodies within DB
Skills
Completed studies with a focus on economics or business information or similar education
Understanding of banking products and business as well as motivation and enthusiasm for regulatory compliance in banking
Solid experience as a business analyst, especially in the development of technical concepts based on national and international regulatory requirements
Experience in the management of (partial) projects or work packages and knowledge of project management methods as well as high IT affinity are desirable
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, structured approach and organizational talent
Initiative, curiosity and fun working in international teams
Very good communication skills in English, German would be a Plus.
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
