Details of the Division and Team:
Loans & Structured Credit is a part of Global Financing & Credit Trading, Asia that covers a wide range of financing transactions for Asia corporate [LW] and institutional clients, including private credit and corporate loans, across senior and mezzanine parts of the capital structure.

Your key responsibilities:
Work with O&A and Sector teams to originate deal flows, diligence underlying companies, assess the transactions, and to execute trades
Manage internal transaction credit ratings and approvals processes
Lead discussions with clients in the negotiation of transaction structure, terms and covenants
Preparation of credit memos, scenario analysis etc for senior / mezzanine loans.
Monitor the existing loan exposures in the portfolio
Mentor the juniors in the team
Role is required to be performed primarily on-site at the International Commerce Centre. Relevant health and safety requirements may apply.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including structured loans, private credit
Experience in North Asia syndicated loans, pre-IPO financing and illiquid share-backed margin loans, across high yield, corporate and sponsor space.
Experience in carrying out deep dive credit analysis, financial modeling for companies across various sectors
Ability to understand and analyse financial statements
Strong communication skills, analytical and detailed oriented
