Details of the Division and Team:
Technology/Service is responsible for delivering the business vision and strategy, at a global level, focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client/user satisfaction through industrialization, price/value optionality and leveraging increased automation and the use of technology. Work includes:
Creating a digital vision and strategy for the bank, and ensuring its integration with the organization's overall strategic plans
Identifying opportunities for differentiating the bank's digital portfolio including capabilities and solutions
Acting as a change agent in leading the organizational changes that are required to create and maintain the necessary digital portfolio
Applying extensive knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital market, acts as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to technology and business

You can expect:
Provident Fund: the Bank will contribute 25% towards the EPF. These rates are subject to change in accordance with the amendments made to the EPF Trust duly approved by the statutory authority.
Employees Trust Fund: the Bank will contribute 3% of the basic salary towards the Employees Trust Fund (E.T.F.). This rate is subject to change in accordance with the statutory limits as declared by the Government of Sri Lanka.
Gratuity: You will be entitled to Gratuity, on resignation/separation/retirement from Bank (after completion of 5 years continued service).
Medical Insurance: All employees and dependents (spouse and children) are covered under a Medical Insurance Policy.
Group Term Life Insurance: All employees are covered under a Life Assurance Policy.
Group Personal Accident Insurance: All employees are covered under a Personal Accident Insurance Policy.
Your key responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka regulatory requirements related technology risk and information security.
Oversee network management, including International Private Leased Circuits (IPLCs), firewall configuration, and overall network security.
Manage banking applications and provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting.
Lead and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Administer incident and change management processes in line with internal controls and audit standards.
Support the planning and execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing.
Manage server infrastructure, backup solutions, patch management, and end-user device support.
Promote cybersecurity awareness across all departments and ensure adherence to global and local security requirements.
Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for senior management.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology risk management.
Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking and security credentials.
Hands-on experience in managing network and firewall infrastructure in a regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of information security best practices and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
