Job Title Senior UX (User Experience) Designer

You’ll design creative UX solutions that meet business requirements, test with end-users, and apply web accessibility standards (WCAG). You’ll be part of the Autobahn team, supplying UX as a service to clients across the Deutsche Bank.

Your key responsibilities
- Own visual quality for Autobahn client projects and be responsible for regular visual quality design reviews on client projects
- Assemble Autobahn client project design system demands for submission to the Design System Lead
- Be an individual contributor and lead a client project for c.60% of your time
- Execute the User Centred Design (UCD) process from start to finish and incorporate it into the delivery teams existing schedule
- Be responsible and support with giving accurate effort estimations and deliver on time and to budget
- Support and provide UX (User Experience) Program Leadership by managing the demand size, managing expectations, and communicate progress, risk, and issues to leadership
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in User Experience (UX) Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent work experience
- Previous Financial Services experience preferred, but not essential
- Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Familiarity of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
- Demonstrated experience in designing and optimising user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels
- Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma)
