Team / division overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Global Lead Business Process Management to establish and lead the business process management capability within the CFO division. This role is responsible for building a best-in-class process excellence capability from the ground up, driving strategic transformation, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across Finance, Risk, and Procurement.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, capable of designing the operating model, developing a high-performing team, and delivering measurable improvements in process efficiency, effectiveness, and governance.

Your responsibilities:

As a Senior Programme Manager you will:

  • Strategic Leadership & Capability Building
  • Define and implement the global strategy for CFO Process Excellence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team.
  • Establish governance, frameworks, and standards for process excellence.
  • Align initiatives with CFO and enterprise-wide strategic goals.
  • Process Architecture & Inventory Management
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive CFO process architecture.
  • Govern and continuously improve the CFO process inventory based on industry best practices.
  • Ensure integration with risk, compliance, and audit frameworks.
  • Maintain and enhance process documentation and performance metrics.
  • Support business teams in process development, mapping, and optimization.
  • Conduct regular process reviews and health checks.
  • Execution of Process Excellence Programs
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking.
  • Drive automation, digitization, and simplification of CFO processes.
  • Change Management & Communication
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new processes.
  • Communicate progress, impact, and success stories to stakeholders.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

We are looking for:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
  • Formal training in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (e.g., PROSCI).
  • Significant progressive experience in process excellence, operational transformation, or business improvement roles.
  • Proven track record of building and leading global teams and capabilities from the ground up.
  • Experience working within or closely with CFO functions (Finance, Risk, Procurement) in a large, complex, and international organization.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale process improvement and transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of process architecture, governance, and documentation standards.
  • Experience with process mining, automation, and digital transformation tools is a plus.
  • Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
  • Control Certifications (SOX or its equivalent) is a plus.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2) or change management (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Structured, organized, and results-oriented individual.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
