Your key responsibilities:
This role in the Private Bank Emerging Markets Marketing team supports the overall Wealth Management business within Emerging Markets, with the focus on marketing initiatives in North Asia. The role-holder will work closely with key regional stakeholders to plan marketing strategies in line with the business strategy and global content strategy, as well as managing its execution, monitoring, and feedback.
Reports to the Head of Marketing for Private Bank Emerging Markets.
Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across the business and franchise, where appropriate
Drive marketing excellence in events execution, client engagement, content development, digital and advertising.
Consistently innovate and stay up to date on event technology and trends
Apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential risks across all owned campaigns and journeys
Oversee content creation from writing, proofreading, and design to delivery to clients.
Ensure consistency of the brand image across all marketing and communication channels.
Effectively manage external vendors and partnerships to ensure the delivery of quality of client engagement.
Support global and regional digital marketing campaigns where applicable.
Support global campaigns and events for regional roll-out.
Provide strategic and tactical counsel to key internal stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to policies related to internal legal, compliance and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
Manage and maintain all aspects of the budget, and proactively identify any budget issues.
Your skills and experience:
Graduate degree
At least 7+ years’ of experience for AVP level and more than 12 years of experience for VP level in Marketing and event management with financial institutions or the luxury industry.
Experience in event planning and execution. Good digital marketing/content creation and editing skills will be required.
Strong knowledge in conceptualism, planning, and execution of marketing activities.
Organized, detail-oriented with a creative flair, and resourceful in problem-solving.
Good interpersonal skills with excellent stakeholder management ability.
Possess a positive and agile mindset. A self-starter who is also a collaborative team player who enjoys working in teams and cross functions.
Travelling around the region will be required.
Fluency in English and Cantonese to be able to connect with individuals from the North Asia region
