Team / division overview

DWS Investment S.A. in Luxembourg aims to appoint an asset management sales professional to develop business with existing and prospective clients across all DWS products to optimize the profitability of DWS and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

As our Coverage Specialist, you will:

  • Client coverage function with focus on the Third Party client segment in Luxembourg, with KPI’s focused on asset growth, revenue growth and client retention.

  • Building and expanding relationships with existing clients and prospects while identifying and fulfilling their needs.

  • Driving sales for all asset classes with focus on actively managed investment funds and alternative investment solutions whilst cooperate closely with local passive solutions team.

  • Working closely together with dedicated investment specialists for all product lines.

  • Managing client related activities such as client meetings, events, road shows, conferences, etc.

  • Business planning, client tiering and segmentation and execution of sales strategy.

  • Handling of client requests while ensuring a prompt and accurate response as well as finding quick solutions to issues such as compliance guidelines, performance calculations and general developments in the client segment.

  • Organising and coordinating regular communications and reports to clients and prospects.

  • Collaboration with sales support, the passive product division and capital markets.

We are looking for:

  • A strong mind-set for winning business with the team.

  • Task and results oriented, deal maker, ideally as evidenced by managing projects/transactions on time and on budget. Track record of having met/exceeded challenging personal objectives, quantitative targets or deadlines.

  • Team player with a proactive, “can do” and entrepreneurial attitude allowing overcoming obstacles in a pragmatic and speedy way.

  • Good personal awareness of business risks and how to minimise them (e.g., ethical, reputational, regulatory/compliance etc.).

  • Excellent communication and presentations skills.

  • Education: University degree in finance, banking or business administration, or relevant business experience and further education.

  • Languages: Fluent English and French are required.
