DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.
We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.
OMS is the strategic DB output management platform that generates over 50 million documents per month. We transform the raw data coming from various areas of our Bank’s business and transform it into human readable formats, such as PDF or AFP.
Agile Practitioner plays a critical role in shaping and delivering effective business solutions within complex project environments. The position is responsible for understanding business needs, designing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. By bridging the gap between stakeholders and IT teams, Agile Practitioner drives successful outcomes through comprehensive requirements gathering, process optimization, and solution validation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for onboarding new documents and templates.
- Coordinate and supervise template development to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and backend development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Oversee testing and validation of generated PDF and AFP files for accuracy and quality.
- Document processes, maintain specifications, and support continuous improvement of the document generation platform.
