Job Description:

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

We are looking for a PMO Specialist to support the CSO COO Portfolio & Delivery Management (PDM) team, which oversees the Change book of work for CSO, focusing on the following key processes:

  • Regular change portfolio management activities incl. project finances, dbClarity project tracking, adherence to Change Governance Framework requirements, and preparation of stakeholder/management reports & analysis for individual security programs.
  • Yearly Investment Governance process oversight and guidance.
  • Quarterly Investment Governance process oversight and guidance.
  • Adherence to the bank’s Change Governance framework and alignment with Group/TDI COO.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the mentioned processes, and a proven track record in Project Management Offices for large change initiatives.

In addition, the candidate should be a good communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Apart from the ability to work at all levels of the organization, a particular attention on the Change the Bank stakeholders, taking a proactive approach to their needs, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with multiple databases & systems to support PDM Engagement Leads in day-to-day reporting requirements covering status, financial, headcount reports and change requests.
  • Support the department with the preparation of CSO internal/ external stakeholder updates covering status, financial, headcount reports and change requests.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of new/changing change execution and governance processes.
  • Build up new reports using the databased if new requirements are raised.
  • Perform data quality checks and data analysis on a monthly basis.

Skills

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in financial/HC/project reporting
  • Experience of delivering results in a fast moving, dynamic environment with proven ability to adapt and be responsive to changing stakeholder and sponsor requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to be able to work with both detailed and summary level data to identify, understand and resolve reporting issues
  • Ideally knowledge in DB CtB governance tools (DbClarity, Data Core, dbSpring) and reporting tools (dbRIB)
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office skills (Excel – expert level)
