Your key responsibilities:
Oversight of India NOC team in BAU activities, including to perform 4 eye checks and provide day-to-day guidance
SME and go-to person on Churning, Cross Border and Pricing control related matters
Liaise with various stakeholders such as RC, Operations, Back Office Compliance, and DCO on Control related projects
Follow up on long outstanding deficiencies with Relationship Centre
Oversight of all responsible 1st LOD control and ensures execution quality and timeliness
Coordinate internal/external audit and regulatory enquiries/requests to provide data
Maintain and track various work flow stages/activities and escalation to Team Lead in any identified deviation/issue
Prepare regular management reporting
Perform regulatory survey for submitting to regulators
Participating in remediation projects
Responsible for day-to-day enquiries related to 1st LOD process/controls from Relationship Centre
Identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of control areas of activity
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in the private banking industry
Solid experience/knowledge in 1LOD controls in Private Banking
Relevant Product knowledge in Private Banking
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Good team player and be able to cope well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Familiar with banking system such as Avaloq and Sales Force
University Graduate or equivalent
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
