Role Description
- As part of Global BCM, CM and Operational Resilience team you will report to the Regional BCM Partner for TDI in India.
- The team is responsible as Regional BCM Partners for coordinating Business Continuity Deliverables across the subdivisions, providing advice and challenge in the development of specific BCM plans and providing required support in Crisis Management (CM).
- Additionally, recent regulatory requirements require DB to develop an approach targeted also at Operational Resilience. In close cooperation with NFRM you will support the Head of BCM, CM and Operational Resilience in designing and implementing such a framework in TDI.
- This role requires strong experience in developing and implementing processes and controls as well as excellent communication and coordination capabilities as you will directly interact with all levels of management across Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) as well as outside of TDI such as NFRM, Group COO or other (business) divisions, globally.

Your key responsibilities
- Act as Operational Business Continuity Management (BCM) Partner for the Technology division (TDI).
- Support of the development and implementation of an Operational Resilience framework within TDI in close cooperation with NFRM
- Development of processes and controls as well as driving analyses of various Operational Resilience scenarios in alignment with relevant stakeholders inside and outside TDI
- Communication of results to (senior) stakeholders in written form and in meetings / committees with support of Head of BCM and Operational Resilience
- Compilation and alignment of necessary documents (e.g., Reports to senior Management, Policies and Process Descriptions)
- Proactively develop and maintain professional consultative working relationships, primarily within the TDI risk community and infrastructure functions such as NFRM, Group Audit and DCO
- Provide necessary support to the Business during Crisis
Your skills and experience
- Several years of experience either within Group Audit, Divisional Control Office or NFRM is required. Knowledge of BCM, CM and Operational Resilience and interlock between business processes and IT is beneficial
- Understanding of Information Technology or Information Security capabilities and processes along with how they relate to risk mitigation activities desired
- Team player, outcome-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable to work and collaborate across divisions and all hierarchy levels
- Substantial analytical and conceptual skills
- High willingness to perform, open for new topics, ability to solve problems independently and to act proactively
- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel and Word
