Sie sind verantwortlich für den Produktionbetrieb im gesamten Anwendungsportfolio der Corporate Banking Services und sorgen nicht nur für die betriebliche Stabilität des Portfolios, sondern treiben auch die Verbesserung der Dienstleitungen voran, um die Stabilität und Betriebseffizienz der Plattformen zu erhöhen, die für die Verarbeitung der Global Payments-Transaktionen der Corporate Bank zuständig sind. Du wirst Teil eines globalen Teams sein, das nach dem „Follow-the-Sun-Prinzip“ arbeitet und die Produktionsumgebung vollständig überwacht. Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Incident-Managements, des Problem-Managements in einer Vorbildfunktion unter Einhaltung der ITIL- und DB-Standardprozesse, um die technischen Fähigkeiten des Produktions-Support-Teams zu verbessern

• Mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen, um eine Kultur der proaktiven kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produktionsumgebung durch Automatisierung der manuellen Arbeit, Monitoring-Verbesserungen und Plattformhygiene zu fördern

• Nutzung von fundierten technischen Fähigkeiten zur Fehlersuche und Analyse von Daten für die Produktionsplattform, um Leistungs- und Ausfallsicherheitsprobleme zu erkennen und zu beheben

• Mitwirkung an der operativen Bereitstellung des Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) zur Verbesserung der Produktionsstandards und -kontrollen sowie die Pflege aller Support-Dokumente.

• Überwachung von Ereignissen über eine 24x7-Workbench, die die Serviceumgebung überwacht und regelmäßig überprüft und ergreifen von Maßnahmen basierend auf Anweisungen eines Support-Handbuchs.

• Förderung des Wissensmanagements in allen unterstützten Anwendungen und Ermittlung von Schwerpunktbereichen, in denen Schulungen die Leistung des Teams und der Incident-Lösungen verbessern können

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder verwandtem Technologiefeld oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder langjährige Berufserfahrung

• Erfahrung mit globalen Tech-Service-Operationen mit mehr als 3 Jahren Erfahrung in großen Unternehmen (Finanz- oder Banking) in kontrollierten Produktionsumgebungen

• Erfahrung mit der Ausführung von Runbooks und komplexen Daten- oder Transaktionsanwendungen und Infrastrukturdomänen

• erste Erfahrung mit der Anwendung technischer Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Stabilität von Produktionsumgebungen

• Starke Arbeitserfahrung in den Bereichen Betriebssystem (Linux), Datenbank (z. B. Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL), Überwachung (Splunk, NewRelic & Geneos), Hardware (z. B. MQ, Apache und Kafka), Automatisierungslösungen (Ansible, Jenkins/Groovy, Python), Incident Tracking (ServiceNow), JIRA /Agile sowie DevOps und Google Cloud Solutions (GCP)

• Kann mehrere Anforderungen und Prioritäten gleichzeitig bewältigen, arbeitet unter Druck, organisiert und mit Teams über mehrere Standorte und Zeitzonen hinweg

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

You will be accountable for the Production Operations across the Corporate Banking Services portfolio of applications ensuring not

only operational soundness of the portfolio but also driving significant service improvement to deliver increased stability and oper-

ating efficiency of the platforms responsible for processing Global Payments transactions for the Corporate Bank. You will be part

of a Global team operating on follow-the-sun principles providing full oversight of the production environment, reporting directly

into the Lead of Corporate Bank Production services.

Your key responsibilities

• Ability to support the incident management, problem management adhering to ITIL and DB standard process as a role model to enhance the technical capability of the Production Support team

• Lead by example to drive a culture of proactive continual improvement into the Production environment through automation of manual work, monitoring improvements and platform hygiene

• Leverage strong technical trouble-shooting skills to analyse forensics for the Production platform to identify and remediate performance and resiliency issues

• Engage in the operational delivery of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to enhance Production Standards and controls as well as maintaining all support documents.

• Oversee event monitoring via a 24x7 workbench that is both monitoring and regularly probing the service environment and take action on instruction of a support document.

• Drive knowledge management across the supported applications and identify areas of focus, where training may improve team performance, and improve incident resolution

Your skills and experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field (master’s degree a plus)

• Experience with global tech service operations with 3+ years of experience in large corporate environments (financial or banking) in controlled production environments

• Experience of run-book execution & complex data or transactional application and infrastructure domains

• Recent experience of applying technical solutions to improve the stability of production environments

• Strong working experience in OS (Linux), Database (e.g., Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL), monitoring (Splunk, NewRelic, & Geneos), Middleware (e.g., MQ, Apache and Kafka), automation solutions (Ansible, Jenkins/Groovy, Python), incident tracking (ServiceNow), JIRA/Agile, as well as DevOps and Google Cloud solutions (GCP)

• Able to handle multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, work under pressure, in an organized manner and with teams across multiple locations and time-zones

• Able to connect, manage and influence people from different backgrounds and cultures

• A strong team player being part of a global team, communicating, managing, and cooperating closely on a global level while being able to take ownership and deliver independently
