Job Title: Access Life Cycle Specialist (Recertification)

Corporate Title: AVP

Location: Pune/Bangalore

Role Description

  • Production support team position to support enterprise-wide technical access recertification process.
  • Support enterprise-wide access recertification process, including improvements to the business process, by analyzing data and requirements, and specifying functional requirements for IT to implement. Remove blockers to enhance team success and facilitate end-user adoption for seamless integration.
  • Created and managed project/change artifacts throughout the lifecycle, ensuring efficient execution and minimal business disruption. Understand and consider operational, regulatory and other risks related to the service; Support maintenance of IAM information assets, including documentation, catalogues and risk assessments;

Your key responsibilities

  • Understand and define requirements and business processes, maintain relationship with key stakeholders, and help them understand the service.
  • Define solutions to meet the needs and requirements of stakeholders and to meet the demands of the bank’s strategic direction.
  • Ensure requirements maturity to a level where other teams can design, develop, test and operate the service.
  • Work with other teams and vendors to ensure that requirements and solutions are understood across the organization.
  • Enable the bank to consume and obtain value out of Access Lifecycle services.
  • Supporting contract reviews and evaluation, requirements gathering, functional and technical monitorization and appraisals Monitored dependencies across multiple projects/products, managing roadmaps, and financials to aid decision-making.

Your skills and experience

  • Overall Experience for 12+ years with minimum experience of 8 + years in Identity & Access Management Domain
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure domain and understanding of access management and provisioning preferred
  • Customer Service Experience a must
  • Functional knowledge: RSA IGL, ServiceNow, Oracle Developer Tools and proficiency with SQL scripting and Excel macros
  • General computer skills including Microsoft tools, email etc.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Good verbal & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English language.
