Your key responsibilities:
- Publishing daily DB rate sheet (Benchmark rates) to branches and entire PWM unit to facilitate smooth transactional flow.
- Preparing and analyzing Daily remittances sheets to facilitate daily FX booking.
- Cross verifying /ensuring the balances and EEFC’s earmarking are accurately populated to avoid any transactional loss.
- Executing FX spot, cross currency trades, EEFC account transfers and Trade payments transactions (Import/Export, LC etc.) at a Pan-India level.
- Ensuring all the transaction are closed /executed on recorded lines.
- Working closely with other businesses from front office and operations to ensure smooth running and proper management of the FX book, including verifying and squaring intraday and o/n GCG positions and resolving trade discrepancies and settlement issues.
- Facilitating daily reporting to trade teams for proper settlement to said A1- trades.
- Executing high volume currency transaction with extremely finer margins for Private Wealth clients within the bank's risk parameters.
- Ensuring correct ticket entry and order routing, maintains communication with sales desk and assists in resolving any settlement problems, ensures ticket entry completion and provides general trading activity support, as necessary.
- Ensuring proper reconciliation for all the trades with relevant stakeholders.
- Keeping a close eye on currency fluctuations, executing trades with timing precision.
- Maintaining high level of accuracy while booking and executing deals leaving no open position in the FX books.
- Supported the management with market analysis, gathering market / product requirements, and collaborating with related teams.
- Casting monthly deck on Customer Balance Variance (Cust-ID level) for demat Clients at Pan India Level
- Sharing monthly holding report of demat clients at Pan India level.
- Handling demat related customer queries.
- Actively resolving issues/rendering support to ops team on demat related issues.
- Publishing latest update on demat circulars/processes on our official site rendering customer satisfaction and internal team support.
- Remitting communication letters to Demat Account holders as sensed by NSDL/CDSL and SEBI on timely basis.
- Monthly reviewing of the invoices raised by vendor for documentation and facilitating timely payments.
Your skills and experience
- Presenting Monthly MIS on NTB clients (Current Account) considering pre-requite parameters which supports the finance team for their monthly reporting activities. (MIS i.e., overall relationship with bank, qualified accounts etc.)
- Populating and working the coordination with various internal team to extract data which is used to perform a scrub (CIBIL) on existing Current account client base. (6 monthly activity).
- Resolving/Supporting all IScan related queries raised by our internal team/branches/RM’s within prescribed timelines.
- Unlocking/ Raising new ID’s for IScan system access to pull the CIBIL report used to check the credit exposure of the client (in line with our ac opening process).
- Working closely with the other stakeholders On Current Account related initiative as guides by the supervisor/s and be a product Support as and when required.
- Timely (month - wise) raising invoices for services rendered by us (Vendor – Transunion CIBIL).
- Resolving queries raised by third party vendor’s and ensuring the process as per decided agreement.
