Your key responsibilities

To establish, maintain, and oversee HR governance frameworks, policies, compliance, and reporting process to ensure HR practices are consistent, ethical, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals for the DWS APAC region. As an HR Operation Manager, you will be, responsible in ensuring the HR Compliances for APAC regions:

Governance and Compliances:

  • Support internal and external HR audits, track and close compliance gaps FOR APAC countries

Policy Management:

  • Policy Management such as Employee Handbooks are reviewed and recertified on timely manner for the APAC countries
  • Supporting in implementation of DWS standalone policies regionally/globally

Risk & Controls

  • Identify potential in HR related risks (legal, reputational, operational)
  • Monitor risk mitigation frameworks

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with HR leaders business head, legal, finance and compliance teams regionally to strengthen governance practices.
  • Actress SME (Subject Matter Expert) for HR governance and Risk issues for APAC region

Your skills and experience

  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations, governance and compliance roles.
  • Experience developing briefings and presentations for senior executive meetings.
  • Experience of partnering across cross functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Curious and openness to learning.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to independently identify a problem, isolate the root cause, work through multiple solutions, and formulate a realistic recommendation.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited university
