Role Description
GTI has articulated a bold new vision and strategy to simplify, rationalise and rebalance the estate to reduce risk and optimise cost. This strategy includes the transformation of its Hosting services to a simplified and modernised Hybrid Cloud (Private + Public) target state wherein applications will be hosted on the optimal environment / platforms to balance business value, financial costs and operational risk. This Key Deliverable will execute the Hosting services aspect of the GTI Strategy.
Your role would be as part of the Hybrid Cloud Programme Management Office, providing governance & strategic analysis support across a Cloud migration portfolio

Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible to maintain the existing Python Scripts and Tableau dashboards that are extracting data from API’s (JIRA, ServiceNow etc.) and other databases.
Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards for project tracking & reporting.
Candidate must understand and enforce standardised frameworks in JIRA or other project management tools by developing checkpoints and reporting to ensure adherence.
You will engage with Programme and Delivery Leads and other key stakeholders to establish and manage key portfolio management activities such as objectives & key results, risks, issues and dependencies tracking across multiple domains.
You will proactively develop and deliver analysis, management information and reporting to support and, where required, drive decision making at all levels of governance.
Your skills and experience
7+ year of overall experience in BFSI & working in an Agile programme structure
Minimum 4 years of experience in Tableau dashboards development, automating workflows and reporting using Python, SQL and Power Platform (PowerApps/Automate)
Hands-on experience in building data pipelines plus designing, data blending & publishing dashboards
Understanding of JIRA framework for tracking, ensuring process discipline and governance.
Demonstrable experience in governing or supporting portfolios of complex transformation programmes with standardised methodologies
