Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility.

Your key responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise team to ensure daily NAV valuation is accurate and timely submission to Client and Regulator including data information distribution.
Dealing with internal & external stakeholders, provide sign off for all NAV valuation report in the team, review associate work relates Fund activities.
Ensure that SLA with Client is met and compliance to prevailing regulation.
Process daily work in a timely and accurate manner as well as act as an escalation point from team member, manage to resolve it and ensure closure for all escalation raised.
Ensure procedures and controls are followed and the integrity of the data processing environment is maintained.
Identifying need and implementing procedural changes, assist in BAU administration of team, and act as backup for the senior leader.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of completion annual financial reporting and dealing with the auditor being appointed by Client.
Manage to achieve zero audit findings.
Your skills and experience:
Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree major in Accounting
Business-related experience in fund accounting and Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area.
Good analytical, computer literacy and be able to willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Candidate has experience in supervising / leading team with minimum 1-2 year experience in supervisory level
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Strong Accounting proficiency, relevant taxation and capital market product and regulation (preferable)
