Your key responsibilities:
Advisory & Sales Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales and client engagement for non-complex Trade Flow clients.
Own a portfolio of clients and revenue tied to non-complex Trade Flow products.
Prepare pricing and return calculations (RPT), seek approvals to meet returned hurdles
Proactively engage clients to maximize credit line utilization.
Coordinate Export LC confirmation and discounting with TFFI sales and Distribution teams
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Advise clients on documentary trade rules and bank guarantees.
Client Relationship Management
Act as day-to-day contact for premium clients on trade-related matters.
Lead TF&L advisory activities to drive revenue and utilization.
Client Servicing
Set up non-standardized trade transactions (e.g., guarantee wording).
Address product-related queries and workability issues.
Draft legal documentation using standard templates.
Review transaction applications and resolve discrepancies with TFO India.
Support daily client queries to ensure satisfaction.
Operational & Compliance Duties
Lead TF-related surveys and campaigns.
Coordinate with product managers and TF&L country lead on commercialization and regulatory updates including related documents/forms, KOD
Maintain client profiles and scoring cards in internal system
Monitor transactions for client fit and compliance.
Liaise with TF Operations, CRM, Legal, and Compliance.
Manage complaints and inquiries.
Oversee FSC program and trade platform implementation, including supplier onboarding/offboarding.
Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory risk controls.
Drive continuous improvement for operational efficiency.
Monitor service quality and turnaround times per SLA with TFO India.
Submit regulatory reports to Finance, Compliance, and regulators.
Serve as the focal point for audits and regulatory reviews
Leadership & Oversight
Participate in Client Service & Delivery (CSD) initiatives.
Mentor junior staff in advisory and service delivery if required
Supervise outsourcing activities performed by Near Offshore Centers
Your skills and experience:
Graduate-level background in finance, economics, banking or international business.
3 to 5 years in banking, preferably with exposure to trade finance or client facing roles
