Details of the Division and Team:

The Taipei Regulatory Reporting team is responsible to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting, compliance of local regulatory requirements and advising stakeholders on impact of and changes in local regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities:

• Regulatory reports preparation to local regulators including CBC, FEB, JCIC and Taifex.

• GBRT and VAT filing and its reconciliation for tax filing.

• Accounts payable payment processing and outsourcing activities monitoring.

• Conduct self-assessments periodically for compliance and internal audit.

• Knowledge to automation tools (i.e. Alteryx , Pentaho, Macro and Python)

Your skills and experience:

• Finance related experience / banking or CPA firm.

• Regulatory reporting experience is plus.

• Automation project experience is plus.

• Time management – prioritizing tasks effectively

• Work under pressure – Maintain performance even in stressful situation

• Communication skills – Clearly conveying ideas and actively listeners

• Problem-Solving: Identify issues and gather effective solutions

• Adaptability – Adjusting to new technologies with positive mindset
