Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Operations Intern to join our team and acquire practical experience within the core functions of our people’s operations. You’ll support daily HR activities like maintaining employee data, assisting with payroll and benefits, and managing documentation. You’ll learn how HR processes connect across the business while helping us deliver a seamless, people-centered experience for our employees. What You’ll Do
- Support HR operational routines, focusing on administrative processes
- Provide support in benefits management, performing controls and updating information with suppliers
- Assist in processing and verifying invoices related to HR services
- Support the team in entering payroll information, ensuring deadlines and data compliance
- Attend to and interact with external suppliers, tracking requests, sending documents, and communications
- Assist with reports and internal control spreadsheets of the area

- Attention to Detail: to ensure accuracy in employee data and HR documentation
- Organization & Time Management: to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Communication Skills: to interact clearly and professionally with employees and external partners
- Analytical Thinking: to interpret data, identify issues, and support process improvements
- Tech Proficiency: especially in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn HR systems and tools
