Team / division overview
As part of the COO function, the Global Reporting & Performance Measurement department is responsible for providing client-specific and regulatory reports for the entire DWS Active, Passive & Alternatives business.
As an Operations Specialist in the Regulatory Authority Reporting team, you are responsible for the timely and accurate generation, publication, and distribution of all regulatory reports and internal evaluations. You will work closely with external stakeholders such as clients, auditors, and supervisory authorities and provide support for any queries. Internally, you will ensure a smooth process flow. You will coordinate, organize, and monitor several internal interfaces. You will independently manage and drive projects forward. You will play a key role in communication between functional teams. You will share your acquired knowledge and continuously work on process efficiency. In doing so, you will build a trusting working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
As our SAP Operations Expert, you will:
Timely preparation, monitoring, dispatch, and coordination of regulatory reports and ad hoc requests, particularly according to CSSF Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), AIFMD, ECB Statistic, U1.1 & MMFR
Supporting IT implementation in the development and optimization of relevant reporting solutions
Independent project work on legislative changes and process improvements/expansions.
Maintenance and improvement of required documentation
We are looking for:
Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on regulatory reporting or comparable qualification
Professional experience at a capital management company/bank in the regulatory space
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Advantageous knowledge and experience with one of the regulatory reporting regimes mentioned above
