Join the Client Lifecycle Management team in Paris. Focus on the client account data maintenance and improve constantly the processes and the data accuracy in line with DB’s values and policies as well as our regulatory commitments.
Responsibilities
- Be the functional analyst point of contact for development and IT team for any new FICOBA Reporting enhancement
- Capture, control and consolidate the data required for the regulatory reporting FICOBA to be sent weekly to the tax authorities financial reporting to the various authorities (regulatory, central bank, tax..Monitor the letters of execution process end to end
- Maintain oversight activities and be the escalation point for any issues/blockers resulting from the offshore teamsRespond to queries from other operational teams, as well as KYC teams, Front Office, Compliance and Finance departments.
- Maintenance and confirmation of all the static data related to our client accounts in the various DB systems, in coordination with our offshore teams (opening and closing of accounts, Instruct and 4 eyes update of authorized signatories request and power of attorneys etc..)
- Maintaining and archiving physical client files
Skills
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Banking industry
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and relationships skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong Pack Office knowledge : Macro, VBA and SQL advanced knowledge
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Self-Directed and willing to take initiatives
