Job Description:
DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

The Group Chief Security Office (CSO) is responsible for both physical security and the protection of Deutsche Bank’s information. The Training & Awareness team within CSO provides globally consistent, targeted, and impactful information and communication on security topics, including the planning and execution of global campaigns and the development of mandatory security training for all employees. The Phishing Simulation Team is a specialized unit focused on strengthening the bank’s resilience against phishing threats through simulation campaigns and targeted awareness measures.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and execute tool-based, bank-wide phishing simulation campaigns and subsequent training and awareness measures.
- Be an active contributor to the phishing awareness strategy through consistent research on the threat landscape, providing inputs for the phishing simulations.
- Define and provide suitable phishing-related metrics and simulation reports for relevant stakeholder groups, including CSO senior management.
- Support the development and implementation of an advisory model for relevant stakeholders and operational team regarding simulation exercises, including suitable targeted awareness and training measures.
- Proactively support efforts to enhance phishing and awareness controls and close any identified gaps
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments outside CSO and other business areas to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of security awareness initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communication, economics, IT, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
- Previous experience in information security and/or cyber security, with solid understanding of the information security risks and threats mechanisms.
- Knowledge of the behavioral aspects of cybersecurity
- Experience managing cross-divisional projects, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Hands-on personality with strong analytical skills and compelling communication abilities at a global level.
- High level of quality, self-organization, and flexibility.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Strong team player, able to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.
- Web-Editor and Image-Editor skills are a plus.
