Within Relationship and Transaction Management (RTM), the Implementation & Service (I&S) team is responsible for opening and maintaining accounts for corporate clients, implementing Cash Management and Trade Finance & Lending solutions, and providing daily client support. This combined role leads the RTM I&S team and ensures end-to-end delivery of complex implementations, guaranteeing professional, accurate, and timely service.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the RTM I&S team, including service specialists and implementation managers, ensuring MIS reporting, quality assurance and team high performance.
Manage end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders, technical set-ups, electronic banking training, and ensuring smooth handover to Services.
Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, responding to account and transaction related inquiries in close coordination with internal departments or other I&S units abroad and ensure high client satisfaction.
Monitor billing and drive revenue growth, identifying cross-selling opportunities in partnership with Sales, Product, and Coverage teams.
Govern project scope and documentation, organize client training, and lead escalation meetings to secure first-time-right outcomes.
Collaborate closely with global & regional I&S, Sales, Product Management and Coverage teams in a dynamic international environment.
Drive the digitalization journey with clients, leveraging strategic product deliveries and Artificial Intelligence solutions to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and working groups, acting as Knowledge Owner in specific areas when required
Skills
Deep understanding of transaction banking services, including cash management and local payment schemes.
Lead by example with proven people management experience, fostering collaboration, delegating effectively, and building high-performing teams.
Expertise in planning and delivering complex multi-country projects, using standard project management tools and templates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a strong client focus and ability to balance bank and client interests.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
