Role Description
The Working Capital (WoCA) team is responsible for managing the Financial Supply Chain Program across Corporate Bank’s global locations. The team supports program management, supplier finance onboarding, legal documentation repapering, and static system setups for suppliers. WoCA collaborates with global teams and suppliers to finalize contracts and legal documentation.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and solutions related to legal documentation and system operations for suppliers based in the US. The analyst will independently and proactively support suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and provide guidance to suppliers and program managers globally. The role also involves offering feedback and best practices to team members to ensure both individual and collective performance meets current and future bank requirements. In some cases, the analyst will assist the supplier program process by connecting with suppliers, liaising with program managers and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external legal/regulatory frameworks.

Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with global teams to ensure efficient supplier onboarding within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Support program managers in managing certain payables and receivables programs
Draft standard supplier contracts and contracts of limited complexity
Oversee the technical implementation of new suppliers from initiation to completion
Participate in discussions with customers and stakeholders to provide onboarding updates or address contract documentation queries, with guidance from Client Service Specialists for customized or negotiated contracts
Handle client complaints effectively, including escalation of recurring issues, with guidance from Client Service Specialists
Your skills and experience
Strong communication skills with internal and external clients
MBA/Postgraduate degree with at least 2 years of experience (Law graduates preferred)
Experience in legal documentation vetting and customer service
Fluency in spoken and written English
Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure and prioritize effectively
Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office applications
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in multicultural work environments
