Role Description
The IB Divisional Vendor Management Office (DVMO) works with all Investment Bank businesses globally to help them meet their business strategy and manage cost, risk, and performance to target. This includes management of Vendor relationships and engagements end-to-end to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Areas of focus cover vendor selection, right-sizing of the vendor perimeter, ensuring vendor and service ownership, actively managing vendor–related cost and risk, optimizing process, tooling, and data together with business partners in Global Procurement and the Risk Type Controllers.
We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical data analyst with strong experience in data automation and visualization using Tableau, excel and power apps. The candidate will play a key role in managing third party risk reporting, enhancing data workflows and delivering insights that drive decision making.

Your key responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyse data related to third-party risk profiles, controls, and performance metrics.
- Design, develop and maintain risk dashboards and analytical reports using tableau to support senior management reporting.
- Build and enhance workflows and application in power apps to streamline data input and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (power query, VBA, Pivot tables, Power Pivot).
- Partner with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology teams to support risk assessments and control monitoring.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelors degree from a premier institution with relevant experience. Certifications/ Diploma in advanced data analytics and business intelligence can be an added advantage.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in data analytics with an investment bank or financial institution. Familiarity with Third party risk framework (e.g., due diligence, risk rating, governance)
- Hands on experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development
- Working knowledge of Microsoft power apps for workflow and tool development
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel including formulas, automation techniques and data modelling.
- Experience in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases and advanced Excel skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Highly motivated individual who can work to tight deadlines and with minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem solving and data interpretation skills.
