Location: Mumbai, India

Role Description

  • The Xtrackers Products team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of ETFs, ETCs, index funds and institutional mandates; from the product conceptualisation and range strategy, through index and product design, to implementation and ongoing maintenance and liquidations.
  • Your key focus will be on caring for our products on an ongoing basis during and after the product launch.

Your key responsibilities

  • Initially support, then run in a self-reliant way various product management processes of ETFs and ETCs, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory and client requirements
    • Support the preparation and management of relevant legal, governance, marketing and other documents and reportings (e.g., PRIIPS KIDs, EMTs, EPTs, WM data, prospectus, product factsheets) as well as management of related approval processes
    • Be responsible for service provider administration including contract management, third-party risk management (TPRM) and service reviews
    • Coordinate and execute product-related processes such as dividend distributions and the creation of annual and semi-annual financial statements
    • Contribute to the Xtrackers website product maintenance and periodic website quality reviews
  • Champion data quality for Xtrackers products by advancing data standards and controls across internal and external systems (e.g., product master data, website data, transaction costs, WM data).
  • Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Operations, Technology, Sales, and external partners, to ensure seamless process and project execution and improvement.
  • Provide proactive support for ad-hoc initiatives and projects within the Product team.

Your skills and experience

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance/Economics, or Law
  • Good knowledge and previous work experience in the asset management sector (ETFs/ ETCs a plus) and a keen interest in investment products in general
  • Experience in managing product events, good data knowledge and/or regulatory knowledge (e.g., UCITS, MiFID, BMR, SFDR)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Python programming a must, MS PowerApps or similar applications
  • Project management experience
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, with a can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn, take on new challenges and serve our clients
  • Diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Willingness to fully integrate into an existing team and analyse current operations/practices for efficiency enhancement opportunities
  • Strong English language skills required
