Commercial Contract & Supplier Relationship is responsible for the strategic relationship with global suppliers within spend categories.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with wider functions to develop joint strategic account plans, products and service roadmaps to extract maximum value from the supplier relationship
- Managing and resolving disputes or change requests to ensure that all software demand is fitting the budget targets
- Financial analysis related to software contracts
- Scenario analysis and impact evaluation related to our software spend
- Budgeting and forecasting for our Vendor Governance (Centra Functions) department within PB, including the necessary reporting
Skills:
- Commercial acumen – understanding revenue , margins and cost drivers
- Financial analysis related to contracts
- Value Optimization and Cost control
- Budgeting, Forecasting, Data Analysis
- Financial management (ordering and budget reporting)
- Supplier and customer contract management
- Tools: dbBuyer, Clarity, xcel (expert level)
