JOB TITLE: Senior Structuring Manager – BZ9359932
DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Structuring Manager in New York, NY to prepare highly customized model based strategic asset allocation analyses to determine optimal investment allocations for institutional clients, including insurance companies. Requires a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics, Finance, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience developing highly customized investment strategies and investment solutions for retail and institutional clients, as well as rule-based and algorithmic strategies; assisting with the structuring and design of general account and unit-linked solutions for external stakeholders, including pension solutions, model-based strategic asset allocations, asset liability management studies, liability-driven investment solutions, and downside protections strategies; enhancing methodologies to optimize client portfolios and strategies utilizing numeric and stochastic optimization, including machine and reinforcement learning techniques within an economic and regulatory context; designing and implementing investment strategies and capital market simulators; working with financial products and derivatives using mathematical modeling, including application of stochastic differential equations and Statutory Accounting and NAIC regulations; advising global clients on EMEA insurance market based on Solvency II and other regulations; and in executing duties, utilizing programming language including Python and MATLAB, and programming infrastructure and packages including Anaconda, pytorch, numpy, scipy, and pandas. Salary range: $175,000 – $250,000/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
