Details of the Division and Team:
This role sits within the CAFC Frameworks and Programmes Team, managing programmes across the C-AFC Frameworks & Programs Change Management portfolio AFC, Compliance, Business Conflicts Office (BCO), Group Governance (GG), Frameworks & Programs (F&P), Controls Testing & Assurance (CT&A), from requirements to successful deployment
The F&P Change Team contributes to the uplift of the Firm's capabilities across multiple lines of defense.

Your key responsibilities:
End-to-end project management of C-AFC Frameworks & Programs Change Management deliverables, from requirements to successful deployment.
Comprehensive project planning and roadmap development, ensuring optimal resource, timeline, and deliverable management.
Cross-program analytical oversight (AFC, Compliance, BCO, GG, F&P, CT&A), leveraging specialized subject matter expertise.
Precision program reporting, delivering accurate, timely, and consistent updates on all deliverables.
Milestone contribution and tracking, ensuring timely implementation of program initiatives.
Proactive risk and issue management, with a focus on resolution and effective mitigation strategies.
Rigorous project governance, maintaining high standards of documentation.
SME collaboration to produce stakeholder-aligned project artifacts.
Your skills and experience:
Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in financial services or consultancy, specifically focused on change management initiatives, is required.
Execution excellence: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, with strong attention to detail and governance.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end change or transformation projects within Compliance or a second line function.
Good knowledge of the global regulatory environment, and ability to communicate this effectively to the business
Experience in problem solving, business analysis and working to tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Structured, organised and results oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Significant experience as a Project Manager having worked on Change or Transformation projects within Compliance or another second line function
Attention to detail and able to apply control framework around processes and identify gaps, risks
Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to communicate with different stakeholders
Very good communication, presentation skills & ability to explain complex structures
