Job Title: Branch Operations Analyst – NCT - LOR 7.
Trade Settlement and Confirmation Operation (TSCO).
Location: Mumbai, India
Role Description
- Being part of TDI TSCO Branch Operations as it being a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with key stake holders like Biz, Finance, Compliance, Technology all assigned activities are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Trade reporting and settlements are accurately managed and reconciled where issues are escalated for oversight. Internal & regulatory reporting deadlines are met within prescribed timelines.

Your key responsibilities
- The role includes processing, controlling and settlement of Money Market (MM) trades and monitoring of local currency funds liquidity.
- Ensuring all settlements processes are adhered to as per the regulatory guidelines & Bank’s KOPs.
- Monitoring regulatory limits at daily / fortnightly frequency.
- Monitoring payment queues in different regulatory applications.
- Reporting of OTC Derivatives Trades (Swaps and Fx Options) to CCIL and Monitoring Clearing Corporation on India Ltd.(CCIL) settlements, reports, reconciliations, Nostro payments, ensuring accuracy and no fails.
- Participate in CTB testing initiatives, as delegated.
- Addressing various Audits & client queries.
- Liaising with External i.e. CCIL, Counterparty Banks and Corporate and Internally with outsourcing destinations DKS and DBOI.
- Monitoring & adherence to Tax Regulations prevailing in India, including deductions, payment to Govt along with return forms., record keeping.
- Processing of trades under Collateralized Service Agreement. (CSA) and Monitoring the entire life cycle of the trade.
- Preparing and Submitting Regulatory Returns related to Liquidity Management Tools.
- The said desk involves working time zone of 6 day week and daily 8 am to 8 pm , to support rtgs monitoring and payments.
Your skills and experience
Experience:
- Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Derivative or Money Market Operations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft - MS Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to take initiative and coordinate with all stakeholders (Business, Internal stake holders & Regional teams).
- Problem solving attitude and resolving conflicting situations.
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and accuracy in pressure situations.
- A customer and service orientation to ensure that outcomes are achieved in line with the organization’s values.
