Your key responsibilities:

• Support origination and execution of IBCM business, with a strong focus in the healthcare sector

• Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches

• Acting as day-to-day lead on transaction execution within the Healthcare sector

• Building out own client coverage footprint and act as key coverage individual for DB

Role is required to be performed primarily on-site at the International Commerce Centre. Relevant health and safety requirements may apply.

Your skills and experience:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 6-10 years IBCM experience within a Tier 1 financial institution

• Extensive experience in M&A (sell-side, buy-side, cross-border) and the Healthcare Sector

• Prior experience originating and executing deals for healthcare clients across APAC

• Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques

• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi tasks

• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to clients
