Details of the Division and Team:
ICG is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks.
In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney as well as in several countries across Asia. We are looking for a G10 Rates Salesperson based in Korea to focus on covering Institutional clients.

Your key responsibilities:
Individual should have existing strong client relationships and will focus on expanding our coverage of Central Bank & SWF, Pension Funds, Real Money, and Bank & NBFI clients.
Work closely with trading and research to deploy the sales strategy and business expansion on Flow & Structured G10 Rates underlying.
Stay ahead of client demand in identifying market trends and opportunities.
Maintain strong institutional client relationships with key existing clients and source new key accounts himself/herself.
Interact collaboratively with middle/back office and infrastructure functions to ensure seamless execution and minimize operational risk.
To grow Global Rates business, by working closely with relevant trading desks providing clients’ feedback.
Deliver our Global Rates capabilities to the accounts to grow the revenue leveraging our resources.
Your skills and experience:
5+ years FIC Institutional sales experience
Client coverage experience focusing on a strategy-based sales model, ideally having experience in pitching trade ideas and pertinent themes in rates products
Excellent client relationship, especially with Central Bank & SWF, Pension Funds, Real Money, and Bank & NBFI clients based in Korea.
Ability to interact and engage with regional/global team
Ability to interact and fit into a regional / global team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
