Overview
The Business Monitoring & Control Associate for the Lending team assists in monitoring key processes and regulations to ensure compliance. This position is a critical function in the business’s regulatory and financial risk mitigation strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, relationship-driven setting.

What You’ll Do
- Perform Level 1 Testing to ensure internal process and regulatory requirements are being adhered to
- Vendor oversight and transaction testing
- Assist with Internal and External Lending Audits
- Create and deliver training for regulatory and business processes
- Assist in maintaining Lending Key Operating Procedures
- Tracking and reporting on key deliverables and business updates and work with Lending, Compliance and Legal as needed
Skills You’ll Need
- Proven experience in lending or finance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint
- Undergraduate Degree. Preferable areas of study may include Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

- Ability to work efficiently without supervision and with team members in other locations
- Strong aptitude to learn new concepts
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
- Skilled in working on multiple projects simultaneously, good decision-making skills and independent problem solving
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $67,000 to $85,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
