Job Title: Bail-In Regulatory Execution manager, Associate

Role Description
- The current role is part of Liquidity and Treasury Reporting & Analysis (LTRA) team based in DBC Mumbai.
- The offered role is in alignment to the regulatory Recovery and Resolution Framework mandated by the Single Resolution Board (SRB) and BaFin and as part of this alignment, Bail In team supports the development, documentation, and testing of Deutsche Bank’s bail-in execution processes.
- As an Associate, you will contribute to documenting processes, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting annual testing activities under close guidance from senior team members.
- The role provides broad exposure to Risk, Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations, and other business areas, as well as regular interaction with the resolution authorities

Your key responsibilities
- Support in the interpretation, definition and documentation of regulatory requirements regarding the operationalization and execution of a potential bail-in situation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of functional process documentation and the overall bail in execution playbook.
- Contribute to updates and improvements of bail in procedures based on feedback from SRB, BaFin, internal stakeholders, or regulatory changes.
- Help coordinate and prepare materials for the annual bail in test run, including evidence gathering, process validation and stakeholder coordination.
- Support functional implementation of new or modified regulatory expectations.
- Maintain clear, structured documentation of processes, responsibilities, and information flows.
Your skills and experience
- Overall industry experience of upto 5-7 years with of relevant experience of 1-2 yrs as preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, instruments (especially bonds/issuances), or capital markets infrastructure.
- Interest in regulatory topics, treasury, or risk management; prior exposure is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to analyse and document processes clearly and logically.
- Strong motivation to learn within a complex regulatory environment.
- Effective communication and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, well-structured working style with attention to detail.
- Experience with consulting background is an advantage.
- Team oriented mindset; comfort asking questions and seeking guidance.
- Good Academic/professional skill preferred if experience is less.
