Details of the Division and Team:
The Regulatory Reporting Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end regulatory reporting function for Branch Operations. The role ensures timely, complete, and accurate submission of all reports required by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and other relevant regulators. This position oversees the integrity of data, drives controls and governance, ensures compliance with local regulatory requirements, and collaborates closely with regional teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
The AVP/VP acts as a subject matter expert on Indonesia regulatory reporting standards and plays a key role in assessing regulatory changes, interpreting their impact, and driving updates to reporting processes and systems accordingly.

Your key responsibilities:
Overseeing regulatory reporting process and ensure reporting is accurate and report to regulator in a timely manner.
Ensure regulatory reporting is compliance and aligned with local regulations.
Ensure strong understanding on regulatory requirement to all team members.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders with regards to regulatory reporting requirements.
Develop procedure for regulatory reporting and ensure procedure is in line with updated regulations.
Ensure strong process control is implemented to remediate operation risk in regulatory reporting.
Review, enhance the current reporting process for efficiency and control assessment.
Drive technology initiative for regulatory reporting automation and remove manual handlings.
Ensure proper recruitment, training and development provided to respective staffs.
Develop succession planning and talent in the team.
Review risk and control as well proactively raise any issue concerned and come up with strategic solution.
Manage to achieve zero and repeated audit findings.
Ensure timely escalation on any identified issue, concern, or risk.
Your skills and experience:
10+ years of experiences in financial services with experiences in managing Bank regulatory reporting obligation.
Strong knowledge in regulations related to regulatory reporting requirements.
8+ years of leadership experiences with strong leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills, able to demonstrate and take ownership on problem solving.
Ability to understand different business processes across products.
Manage complexity and ambiguity well with proven skills to take leadership in managing risk and control.
Strong experiences in driving various technology initiatives and implementation.
