ICG(Institutional Client Group) is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Bank.

Your key responsibilities
Salesperson is responsible for generating detailed product knowledge and cultivating client relationships in order to create a sales strategy in line with the bank's strategy.
Work includes:
Developing a deep understanding of client needs and expectations by ensuring regular contact and constantly researching appropriate sales solutions
Building working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations to ensure effective end to end client/product delivery
Operating within the relevant legal, regulatory and bank policy requirements
Identifying and contacting prospective clients and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
Mid-level institutional salesperson with key responsibility over the structured fixed income and asset distribution franchise
Covering onshore asset/wealth managers, securities firms and other institutions for defined products as well as originating new clients for the franchise
Your skills and experience
Bachelor degree or above in finance, maths, science, law or commerce preferred
Minimum 7 years relevant experiences as Macro sales or cross asset solutions sales etc
Highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Good understanding and knowledge of fixed income and multi-asset. Deep understanding of the market and client trend
Solid institutional client relationships in China market
Ability to interact and fit into a regional / global team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to react quickly and efficiently to different queries
Native Chinese & proficient English is required
