Financial and Regulatory Reporting function is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of complete and comprehensive financial and regulatory reporting and analysis, for their area, in line with applicable internal policies and external regulatory, statutory and control frameworks.
Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete, and accurate processing of relevant information. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility. Work includes: •Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory, and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate •Building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and/or external parties
Responsibilities
- Responsible to support and control different outsourced areas as Payments, Investigations, Static data, TF& and others as part of Retained Organization
- Provide support to Custody Operation Team to handle trade settlement, Corporate Action events and reporting
- Managing relationships between internal and external parties
- Ensuring that all tasks are processed according to established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and industry guidelines
- Work closely with other business units to help bring projects forward
Skills
- Czech and English fluently
- Basic knowledge of accounting (both Czech rules as well as IFRS), tax and regulatory requirements
- Very good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). MS Access advantage
- Highschool degree in economics (or similar)
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility
- Willingness to learn new things
- Good communication skills
