Role Description

  • The Access Lifecycle Solutions (ALS) team within Identity & Access Management (IAM) delivers centralized, standardized, and compliant Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) capabilities across the organization. ALS manages access request, approval, provisioning, review, and revocation processes for application users through a combination of automated and manual role assignment.
  • The strategic cloud‑based IAM platform – Accessio went live in 2023, following the migration of core Access Lifecycle services from on‑premise environments (Day 1). Building on this foundation, a Day 2 sub‑program was initiated to deliver new IAM capabilities, process enhancements, and audit‑driven improvements directly on the Accessio platform.
  • We are looking for a senior IAM Business Function Analyst to lead requirements analysis and functional design for large‑scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The role is critical in shaping high‑quality, compliant, and scalable solutions on the enterprise cloud‑based IAM platform (Accessio), supporting Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) and end‑to‑end Access Lifecycle processes.
  • This position requires strong ownership, the ability to challenge vendor designs, and a holistic view of IAM processes across business units.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end requirement elicitation covering functional, non‑functional, security, access, technical, and operational requirements
  • Own and maintain a single, unified view of requirements across Product Owners, POD teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Validate functional and technical designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards
  • Liaise with different stakeholders (internal/external to Accessio program) to identify and analyze dependency, support Project Manager/Product Owner/POD member for analysis/impact/testing.
  • Drive process harmonization and standardization across the Access Lifecycle Solutions (ALS) platform
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology by translating complex technical designs into clear business language
  • Manage cross‑system dependencies and integrations with multiple internal and external teams
  • Support workshops, walkthroughs, and governance forums (RMB, FD walkthroughs, Design Authority)
  • Partner with QA and development teams to ensure accurate test coverage and reduce defect leakage
  • Perform data analysis and reconciliation using SQL to support impact analysis and decision‑making
  • Identify and assess operational, regulatory, and service risks.

Your skills and experience

  • 10–12 years of overall experience, with 6+ years as a Business / Functional Analyst in IAM
  • Strong hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management, including:
    • Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML)
    • Access Request & Approval
    • Provisioning & De‑provisioning
    • Access Review / Recertification
  • Excellent requirement management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
  • SQL proficiency (basic queries, joins, functions) for data analysis
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills (English fluent)
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, with strong customer orientation
  • Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms and cloud migration
  • Exposure to Python
  • Knowledge of RBAC and Information Security Control frameworks
  • Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, OIM, Active Directory
  • Exposure to mainframe or mid‑range access systems
  • Experience working in largescale, complex global IT environments
