Overview
USD Cash Operations team is primarily responsible for the provision of payment processing and investigation services to our global Financial Institution (FI) and Corporate Clients. The team also undertakes an element of Funds Release and Static Data activities. USD Cash Operations is primarily supporting the Corporate Bank business. Corporate Bank provides commercial banking products and services for both corporate clients and financial institutions worldwide. What You’ll Do
Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities and create plans for implementation
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
Support bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk •
Maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including regulators, market vendors and internal divisions
Communicate changes to operational requirements and their impact on relevant processes and controls
How You’ll Lead
Functions as Operations Lead with minimum guidance and accountable for ensuring day-to-day activities are aligned to the Business objectives, banks mission and strategic goals
Ensures appropriate escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the department
Responsible for the execution of all projects within payments while driving transformation and continuous improvement
Skills You’ll Need
Degree and/or some knowledge of Wire/ High Value Payment (HVP), Automated Clearing House (ACH), Checks Payment Processing is required
Have high attention to detail and organization skills
Can work in fast paced environment with deadlines, able to keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the Business offering
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Have previous experience across multiple product areas with respectable knowledge of cash management products (i.e. Funds Transfer, SWIFT, ACH, HVP, Check processing, Lockbox, Investment Sweeps)
Self-driven working style
Have excellent team worker skills and the ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $93,000 to $143,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
