Role Description

  • We are seeking a Technology Management Lead (Vice President) to own and lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from initiation through delivery. This role is accountable for timely execution, budget adherence, and value realization, while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
  • The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background, proven program and delivery leadership, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior business stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, driving transparency, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are delivered predictably and at scale.
  • Experience in procurement or sourcing-related platforms and processes is a plus, but not required.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, ensuring milestones are met on time and within approved budgets
  • Establish and run program governance, including delivery plans, financial tracking, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting
  • Partner closely with business sponsors, product owners, and technology leads to align scope, priorities, and outcomes
  • Drive execution across multiple teams using Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, lead escalations, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage vendor and third-party engagements, including commercial oversight and delivery performance
  • Ensure technology solutions meet architectural, security, and operational standards
  • Communicate program status, financials, risks, and decisions clearly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

  • Provide direction and leadership to project leads, delivery team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Enable effective collaboration across engineering, operations, finance, risk, and procurement partners
  • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen delivery discipline and execution maturity
  • Act as a single point of accountability for program outcomes

Your skills and experience

Skills You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience leading complex technology programs at scale, preferably in a regulated or enterprise environment
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage credibly with engineers and architects
  • Demonstrated success delivering programs on time and within budget
  • Experience with Agile delivery, financial tracking, and governance frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills under ambiguity
