Deutsche Bank Chief Security Office (CSO) is looking for an Insider Risk Management Engineer to support the Bank's Endpoint and Data Security capabilities, specifically on Insider Risk Management (IRM).
The IRM engineer is responsible for the proactive capabilities establishment of cutting edge IRM solutions for privacy-respected detection, for progressing a holistic risk reduction program following CSO Risk Glide Path, and for collaboration with bank-wide stakeholders, including business units owners, HR, Legal and so on. Besides engineering tasks, she/he will be playing key role in various CSO capabilities integrations required for full fledged IRM solution development, delivering statistics gathering and report generation, as well as participation in wider CSO initiatives or projects.
Responsibilities
• Draft, test, and deploy change requests for IRM solutions to rollout new or update capabilities, including configuration & settings change, as well as policies, rules and filtering.
• Responsible for reviewing the IRM policies/rules, collaborate with SOC and the threat intel functions to finetune the rules and prepare required documentation to release the rules to production
• Work with EUC, HR, other organisation and CSO colleagues to build required integrations into the Insider Risk Management solution
• Play key role as L3 engineer and support L1/L2 analyst and operation colleagues on alert triaging and case investigation
• Contribute to regular data and alert review, to form the basis for platform adjustment and rule finetuning
• Collaborate with other teams and deliver the required metrics/updates for various senior stakeholders presentations
• Ensure all the activities above are properly documented to enable seamless knowledge sharing
Skills
• Bachelor/Master degree in Information Security / Computer Science, STEM subject or equivalent certification in information security
• Awareness of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, as well as other information security Governance, Regulation & Compliance.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for information protection
• Strong written and spoken English skills, good communication skills,
• Strong decision making and problem solving ability
• Engaging team player, good time management / planning
• Agile way of working; Independent, proactive, autonomous;
• Appetite for continuous learning
