Details of the Division and Team:

Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility. Work includes:

• Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate

• Building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and/or external parties

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform transaction filtering for Global Securities Operations daily activities and compliance with OFAC Sanction and Embargo

• Perform daily activities in fully adherence of internal operating procedure and in fully awareness of process and control.

• Perform daily activities and ensure compliance with internal policy and prevailing regulation.

• Dealing with internal (locally and regional team) and external stakeholder

• Initiative to create process improvement and support automation

• Work collaborative with other team and prioritizing time and resources

Your skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experiences in financial services

• Knowledge and experience in banking product. Experience in custody operations will be a strong point

• Strong analytical skills and able to work on complex task

• Strong project management skill and ability to manage process implementation

• Ability to work under pressure and time sensitive

• Ability to work collaboratively with various internal departments
