JOB TITLE: Assistant Vice President – TS9159771

Deutsche Bank New York Branch seeks an Assistant Vice President in New York, NY to work on anti-financial crime (AFC) audit matters, including coordinating designated deliverables, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and drafting audit responses. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience identifying and assessing money laundering and fraud risks associated with key controls across the first or second line of defense for financial transactions or client onboarding activities; escalating risks relating to financial crime, including anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions and embargos, and anti-bribery and corruption, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements; identifying gaps in remediation efforts relating to financial crimes compliance; communicating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to relevant Anti Financial Crimes (AFC) policies and procedures, including Know Your Client and AML policies; and providing recommendations on improvement opportunities for financial crimes compliance remediation efforts and identified control gaps. **Employer will accept four (4) years of related work experience to satisfy the Bachelor’s degree requirement.** Salary range: $145,000.00 – $153,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
