Overview
Based in the New York office, this role plays a key part in shaping and executing the Businesses global event strategy. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across US Markets, predominantly for the Investment Banking division.
The role demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across business divisions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and brand standards.

What You’ll Do
Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, focusing on strategic business partnerships
Demonstrate proven experience in the financial sector (not essential), with experience in Corporate Access conferences considered a plus
Collaborate with other bank divisions, stakeholders, and external vendors to define event goals and ensure seamless global event delivery, including venue management and coordination with in-house and agency teams
Liaise with senior management and offices to facilitate smooth client invitation processes
Manage event budgets, track expenditure against purchase orders, reconcile costs, and drive cost-efficiencies
Oversee the client journey by optimizing delegate management systems and digital tools, and deliver strategic, accurate, and business-focused event data insights through registration and attendance reports
Skills You’ll Need
Able to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with good presentation and organization skills
Experience with registration websites and an understanding of Credit Risk Management
Occasional travel may be required for event coordination, client meetings or on-site support
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple overlapping programs simultaneously
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Proven experience in the financial sector (but not essential) Proven experience in the financial sector (but not essential). Experience with Corporate Access conferences is a plus
Confidence in communicating at all levels globally and to a diverse external network
Ability to work well under pressure
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $65,000 to $118,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
