About the team

In this role, you will design, build, and continuously enhance the automation of cloud‑based connectivity solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. You will embed agentic technologies and collaborate closely with a team of experienced engineers who will support you in delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• You automate cloud deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code and cloud native services
• You develop and maintain Terraform Providers and Modules
• You work in agile teams to support the cloud adoption program
• You design and develop new high-quality solutions to improve the platform user experience
• You focus on the reduction of toil and employ agentic technologies to support an AI operating model
• You support the team in building a strong Software Engineering mindset

Your skills and experiences

• Strong experience designing and developing solutions using cloud‑native services
• Proven expertise with a programming language (Golang preferred), Terraform and CI/CD solutions as GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Azure
• Solid understanding of cloud connectivity fundamentals (VPC/VNET, Hybrid Connectivity, IPAM, DNS and Load Balancing)
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills with fluency in in English (written and spoken)

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Lösungen mit cloudnativen Services.
• Nachgewiesene Expertise in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (bevorzugt Golang), Terraform sowie CI/CD-Lösungen, z. B. GitHub Actions.
• Praktische Erfahrung mit GCP und/oder Azure.
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Cloud-Connectivity-Grundlagen (VPC/VNET, Hybrid Connectivity, IPAM, DNS und Load Balancing).
• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Problemlösungsweise.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
