Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery of Deutsche Bank’s next‑generation AI and Data Platforms. These platforms enable safe, and high‑impact AI/ML solutions across the bank, supporting real-time analytics, scenario modelling, and process automation for global business & infrastructure teams.

Your key responsibilities

You will lead complex multi‑team programmes spanning engineering, data science, product, and control partners — ensuring rapid delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business value.

• Lead delivery of platform capabilities, manage planning, execution, risk/issue tracking, and governance across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate business pilots and rollouts, enabling insights from proprietary and external datasets.
• Work closely with engineering, data, risk, and governance teams to ensure safe and compliant AI development.
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment and communication, including senior stakeholders across business and technology.
• Drive continuous improvement, transparent delivery practices, and measurable outcomes.

You will play a central role in shaping how AI is built and delivered at global scale — influencing strategy, accelerating business impact, and helping define the bank’s future AI capabilities.

Your skills and experience

• 8+ years in project or programme management within financial services, data platforms, and/or AI/ML.
• Structured, delivery‑driven mindset with ability to simplify complexity.
• Strong understanding of financial services or risk/analytics products.
• Experience delivering cross‑functional initiatives in complex, regulated environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data, and cloud/on‑prem hybrid environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior business users.
